In my high school years, I took my first steps into the computer world, and this adventure has never stopped since then. After completing my Computer Engineering degree at Karadeniz Technical University, the period I spent in the Computer Sciences department at Roskilde University in Denmark became not only an academic journey but also a cross-cultural experience. I took the steps to materialize ideas into products through final projects and theses, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Image Processing, and Biometric Systems.

I began my professional career as a software engineer and passionately continued it for years. Looking back on those times, I see the Museum Card used by 9 million people today, QR-coded holograms on Fenerbahçe jerseys, security systems at strategic locations in Turkey, subscription cards used by thousands on the High-Speed Train, and the security solutions in checks, which are a significant part of Turkey's economy.

Embarking on new journeys to utilize my software engineering experiences in the strategically important field of product management, I worked in various companies. In all these companies, I established and managed product management departments. I witnessed that my strategic approaches and product management culture led to profound transformations in the companies where I worked. The products we developed in various fields such as defense, security, banking, finance, tourism, transportation, smart cities, and cybersecurity have facilitated and ensured the safety of millions of lives worldwide - in international smart city solutions, the world's largest airports and EXPOs, FIFA World Cup tournaments, vast highways, and public transportation vehicles in numerous cities.

In 2020, with the aim of spreading my product management experience to a broader audience and helping establish a product culture in businesses, I founded PIAPEX, Turkey's first and only brand offering product management services. With PIAPEX support, we successfully productized Turkey's first commercial Hardware Security Module and Virtualization Software, turning them into success stories. Since its establishment, PIAPEX has been operating in various fields, including cybersecurity, gaming, nanotechnology, finance, payment systems, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and beyond, providing services to businesses of all sizes and creating new success stories with each one.

Besides serving mature businesses, I also support early-stage ventures to avoid falling into the death trap (as 95% of ventures have a lifespan of less than 5 years). I walk alongside entrepreneurs as a mentor and coach in various acceleration programs and incubation centers, covering areas such as strategy, product development and management, branding, growth, business model and pricing, marketing, sales, and investment.
